Worth writing about

• A conversion that failed. Tell us the tool, the file type, roughly how big the file was and which browser you used. The exact error message helps most.
• A result that looked wrong. Banding, odd colours or a broken loop usually trace back to a particular kind of source material. Knowing which one is how it gets fixed.
• A tool that is missing. The list of what comes next is short, and requests that arrive twice move up it.
• A hosted file that should come down. Every file page has a report form; a message here with the link works just as well. Copyright claims are acted on once we have the link and a word on what you own.

Not worth writing about

We do not sell links, publish guest posts or add partner widgets, so those messages go unanswered. We also cannot recover a converted file. Conversions never reach us unless you pressed Get a link, and stickers sent to WhatsApp are deleted after delivery, so there is nothing to look up.
