Worth writing about

• A conversion that failed. Tell us the tool, the file type, roughly how big it was, and which browser you used. The exact wording of the error helps more than anything else.
• A result that looked wrong. Banding, wrong colours, a broken loop — these usually point at a specific kind of source material, and knowing which one is how it gets fixed.
• A tool that is missing. The roadmap is short and genuinely moved by what people ask for twice.

Not worth writing about

We do not sell links, publish guest posts or add partner widgets, so those messages go unanswered. We also cannot recover a file you converted — nothing is ever stored on our side, so there is nothing to look up.
